Our cookery classes are suitable for all tastes. Below you can see the number of available spaces, dates and times. The classes are designed for pairs working together so unfortunately we cannot accommodate bookings for single spaces.

Available Classes
Tantalise your taste buds with delicious flavours from the Middle East in this 4-hour cookery experience. Arrive at 6pm to be introduced to the concept of mezze and the components of this tasty, socialable and fun way of dining.
Working in pairs, we will prepare several mezze dishes such as feta, spinach and date pastries, baba ganoush, hummus with harissa-spiced chickpeas, middle eastern olive, pepper, halloumi and sundried tomato skewers, tomato and mint salad, chilli, honey and lemon drizzle and a Middle Eastern Style orange dessert. When all the dishes have been prepared, we will then sit and eat together, savouring the delights we have created.

Be delighted by the flavours of Spain with this four hour cookery experience. During session, we will be preparing a tapas style meal including dishes such as Croquetas, Batatas Bravas and authentic Spanish Chickpea and Spinach stew, rounded off with a delicious dessert such as Crema Catalana or a rich chocolate mousse.
Working in pairs, you will watch a demonstration of each dish and then recreate the Spanish inspired menu for yourselves, eating each course together washed down with some authentic Spanish drinks.

Learn to cook dishes you won’t find in an Indian restaurant as we explore some of the more traditional dishes cooked in Indian family homes. Vegetarian cooking is easy when making Indian dishes as the flavours and textures are so varied that you really won’t miss the meat!
Working in pairs, you will create dishes to serve in a traditional 'Thali' - an authentic way to present a variety of Indian dishes. You will prepare a starter such as tandoori paneer and red pepper kebabs, Bombay style potatoes or saag aloo samosas, followed by a section of traditional vegetable curries, dhal and rice. You will also learn some quick and easy ways to make Indian breads such as naan and chappatis. And of course, the meal wouldn’t be complete without a delicious sweet Indian dessert. After preparing the dishes, you will all sit down together and eat the fabulous food that you have created.

Learn to cook a flavour-packed medley of dishes from around South Asia. Working in pairs, you will create a delicious three course meal, taking inspiration from Korean, Thai, Vietnamese and Sri Lankan cuisines. Dishes such as fluffy Bao buns, fragrant pho noodle soups, crispy rice paper rolls and spicy coconut curries. After preparing the dishes, you will all sit down together and eat the fabulous food that you have created.

There are so many options when it comes to cooking Italian food from pastas, risottos and pizzas through to delicious salads, snacks and side dishes as well as the most delicious decadent desserts – we have a lot of fabulous food to choose from.
Working in pairs you will create dishes such as spinach and ricotta ravioli, wild mushroom risotto with crispy parmesan, calzone with roasted vegetables and mozzarella and panzanella salad, all finished off with a delicious creamy Italian dessert. You will then sit down together and eat what you have prepared.

Or perhaps a family member or friend is vegetarian and you are looking for inspiration for meals to offer them. The “Veggie Inspiration” course will give you a range of ideas and options for adding more vegetarian meals into your diet and offer lots of tips to reduce meat consumption without feeling you are missing out on texture or flavour.

Christmas cuisine is traditionally very meat focussed so this course will focus on ways to introduce delicious vegetarian dishes to your Christmas dining table. Whether you are cooking for yourself or have vegetarian guests for Christmas, everyone will want to try the vegetarian option this year!
Working in pairs you will create some vegetarian nibbles and snacks before tackling an impressive vegetarian centrepiece ideal for Christmas Day lunch. We will also look at some interesting vegetable side dishes before creating an alternative Christmas dessert. After preparing all the dishes you will then sit down together and eat what you have created.

In this session we will be discovering lots of ways to make fantastic and tasty vegan dishes.
Working in pairs, you will create a number of vegan dishes ranging from snacks to main courses and also some delicious sweet treats. You’ll be amazed how many dishes can be made to suit a vegan diet and you won’t feel like anything is missing at all! We will look at some store cupboard staples that help ensure your vegan cooking tastes great, and you will leave with a delicious variety of recipes that you will want to make again and again. You will sit down together and eat everything you have created at the end of the course.
Exact menu items will vary from course to course, but you can expect to prepare dishes such as honey sriracha cauliflower, BBQ jackfruit, mushroom souvlaki, miso aubergines, rich chocolate mousse, fruit and nut energy balls and hot fudge pudding.

Working in pairs, you will create a number of mouthwatering dishes which will make up a luxurious afternoon tea. You’ll be amazed how you will be able to serve these dishes for delicious lunches and snacks too. You will sit down together and eat everything you have created at the end of the course.
Exact menu items will vary from course to course, but you can expect to prepare both sweet and savoury dishes which go beyond simply sandwiches and scones. The class will include recipes from around the world to add an innovative twist to this classic tradition.
